These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shopcoolease.com and purchases from CoolEase. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site. Our ecommerce store is hosted by Shopify.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your location. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information and to keep account credentials secure.

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, prices, and images accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing changes can cause minor differences. CoolEase is a wearable personal fan intended for comfort airflow; it is not a medical device or a true air conditioner. Product information is not medical advice.

Orders and availability

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment problems, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable fees are shown when available before payment. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier, customs, weather, and other external delays may occur. Purchases are also governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or misuse content; impersonate another person; violate intellectual-property rights; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, logos, images, and other content owned or licensed by CoolEase are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes unless we provide written permission.

Third-party services and links

The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and social or analytics services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party services except as required by law.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and site content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free site operation or that a product will meet every personal preference. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoolEase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CoolEase and its service providers harmless from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend access to the Services for a material violation of these Terms. Obligations and rights that by their nature should survive termination will continue.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in North Carolina, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
