Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. High-volume periods or address-verification issues can cause additional delays.

United States delivery

We offer free tracked shipping for eligible United States orders. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after the order ships. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

International delivery

International shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout. Available services and charges are displayed before payment. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take several days to show its first carrier scan.

Address changes

Review your delivery address carefully. Contact us immediately through our contact form if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Delays, loss, or damage

Carrier and customs delays can occur outside our control. If tracking is unusually delayed, the package is marked delivered but missing, or the shipment arrives damaged, contact us with the order number so we can investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
