We want you to feel confident ordering from CoolEase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, use our contact form. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions and authorization.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs or video of the issue. When we confirm a fulfillment error or qualifying defect, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional return-shipping cost.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, altered, damaged through misuse, or returned without the original components may not qualify. Gift cards and items marked final sale are non-returnable except where required by law.

Change-of-mind returns

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. We recommend using a tracked service because we cannot refund a return that does not reach the provided return address.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different color is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us through the form above.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
